Today me and my dad went for a walk into the woods. As we are learning about the 5 children and it, my dad decided to help me find out what it would be like to create our own village an how difficult it would be to live without the things we have today. Once we had searched for a place to make our settlement, we started to build our shelter. We used logs for the frame and then filled the gaps with twigs an branches and used leaves to keep out the weather. We also looked for food but we found it hard. We didn’t see any animals that could have been food, but my dad took us a sandwich and we ate it in our shelter.
